我的Template的下载

今天，应Matthew兄的要求，把这个Template的下载放到Blog上。
这还是0.1版本的，因为还有许多地方不完善。
国外的朋友喜欢用div来做页面布局，我不喜欢，我喜欢用table，所以我的Template是基于Table来做布局的。其实在NN的浏览器上是不支持Div标签的，只有
IE的浏览器支持Div标签，对应的在NN的浏览器上的标签是Layer。
